Refund policy

Every product in this store is a digital file delivered by email. Once you have opened or downloaded it, we cannot take it back, so we do not refund change-of-mind purchases after download.
When we do refund
- You paid but the email with your download never arrived and we cannot deliver it.
- The file is broken or will not open, and we cannot send a working copy within 3 working days.
- You were charged twice for the same order.
- You have not opened the download link yet: ask within 14 days of purchase.
How to ask
Contact us through the Contact page with your order number and what went wrong. We reply within 2 working days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days.
Dead supplier links
Suppliers sometimes change their contact details or close. If a link on your list stops working, tell us and we will send an updated list at no cost.
