Terms of service

These terms apply to every purchase from Vinted Ledger ("we", "us"), a store operated from Lithuania. By placing an order you accept them.
What we sell
We sell digital products: suppliers sorted by brand, supplier bundles, guides and methods for reselling clothes, and a monthly mentorship. Each supplier, bundle, guide or method is a file delivered by email after payment. No physical item ships.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros and include VAT where it applies. Payment is taken in full at checkout. We can change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order you already paid for.
Delivery
Your download link is emailed to the address you enter at checkout, normally within minutes of payment. If it has not arrived within 24 hours, check your spam folder and then contact us.
Your right of withdrawal
EU law normally gives you 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content, that right ends once the download starts, provided you agreed at checkout that delivery begins straight away and acknowledged that you lose the right to cancel. Our Refund policy explains when we still refund you.
Memberships
The Vinted Ledger Mentorship is billed every month, on the date you joined, until you cancel. Cancel at any time from the Subscriptions page in your account; your access runs to the end of the month you already paid for, and we do not refund part months. We will email you at least 30 days before any price change. The community runs on Discord, so Discord's own terms also apply there. We may remove a member who shares paid content or breaks the community rules, and the current month is not refunded in that case.
How you may use a product
Each product is licensed to you for your own reselling business. You may not copy, resell, share or publish a list or guide, in full or in part. We may cancel access without a refund if a product is shared.
Suppliers
We check every supplier before it goes on a list. Suppliers are independent businesses: any order you place with one is a contract between you and that supplier, and their prices, stock and terms can change without notice. We are not responsible for a supplier's goods, delivery or conduct.
No guaranteed results
Reselling profits depend on what you buy, how you list it and market demand. We do not promise any level of sales or income.
Trademarks
Vinted Ledger is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Vinted UAB or any brand named in the store. Brand names such as Ralph Lauren, Stone Island, Burberry, Nike, Stussy, Bape, Levi's and The North Face identify the goods the suppliers stock and belong to their owners.
Liability
Our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country. For disputes you can use the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (vvtat.lt) or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
